Write down your plan. Just like writing a business plan, consider formulating your plan and goals for finding a new job and then putting it in writing. Writing down your goals can be a good way to hone your focus so your search is conducted most effectively. 2. Scrub your social networks. Using a critical eye, review each of your social networks and delete any posts that are too personal, too political, or too silly.
